These terms apply when you use daylis.com.au or buy from Daylis. By placing an order, you agree to them, along with our Shipping, Refund and Privacy policies.

1. About us

daylis.com.au is operated by VYS International Pty Ltd (ABN 79 657 987 534), trading as Daylis, based in Victoria, Australia. In these terms, “Daylis”, “we” and “us” mean VYS International Pty Ltd. You can contact us at hello@daylis.com.au.

2. Products

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and finishes may look slightly different on your screen, and lifestyle photos are for illustration. The Wood-Grain finish is a timber-look finish, not solid wood.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure checkout.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. We may cancel an order and give you a full refund if a product is unavailable, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns and refunds are covered in our Shipping policy and Refund policy.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that can't be excluded.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and apart from the guarantees in section 6, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our site or products. Please use our products as described in the instructions supplied.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, graphics and the Daylis name and logo, belongs to Daylis or its licensors. Please don't copy or reuse it without our written permission.

9. Using our site

You agree not to misuse our site, including by attempting to interfere with its security or operation.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of its courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
